Ways to Navigate
Use the Skip to Main Content link at the start of each page, move through controls with your keyboard, and follow the page contents links on service pages and articles. The mobile menu can be opened and closed with the Menu button and dismissed with Escape.
Reading and Interaction
The layout adapts to smaller screens. Photographs have text descriptions, inputs have visible labels, and interactive elements have visible focus states. Articles include text-based explanations alongside visual elements. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
Print and Browser Settings
Each article has a Print Article button. You can also use your browser’s print, zoom, and text-size controls. Checklists and the payment worksheet do not require an account.
Using Our Resources
If a visual element is difficult to use, its accompanying text provides the key information. The Knowledge Hub can be browsed without using search, and the payment worksheet includes a written example of the calculation. Accessibility needs vary, and these features are not a certification of compliance.
