Before You Begin

Where should I start?

Choose the service that comes closest to your question, or begin with a guide in the Knowledge Hub. You do not have to know whether you need a dispute, a letter, or a payment proposal before asking for help.

Can I dispute a credit-report error myself?

Yes. You can dispute inaccurate information yourself without paying a company. The Knowledge Hub explains how to identify a specific concern and organize supporting records.

Can you guarantee a higher credit score?

No. We do not promise a score increase, removal of an account, approval of an application, or acceptance of a payment proposal. Outcomes depend on the facts and the decisions of the parties involved.

Can accurate negative information be removed?

A company cannot legitimately promise to remove negative information that is both accurate and current. The focus of a credit-report dispute should be a genuine error or incomplete information.

Can you speak with a creditor or collector for me?

Support may include communication or negotiation when appropriate and authorized. Review the scope and any applicable terms before work begins. The other party may decline a proposal.

What should I have ready?

The report or notice involved, relevant statements or letters, and any deadline are useful starting points. Do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, or sensitive documents through the contact form.

Does a landlord letter guarantee an approval?

No. A letter can explain relevant circumstances or genuine steps you have taken. It does not control a landlord’s screening criteria or final decision.

What if I have court papers?

Treat a summons, complaint, or other court document as time-sensitive. Seek qualified legal help promptly and follow the court’s deadlines. An ordinary collection response or payment discussion is not a substitute.

Do you provide legal representation?

The service described here is support and education, not legal representation. Attorney-referral options may be discussed when appropriate and available. A referral does not mean a lawyer has accepted your case.

How long does the process take?

There is no single timeline that fits every concern. It depends on the issue, the records needed, and responses from other parties. No fixed completion date is promised.

What should I know about costs?

Before authorizing a service, review the scope, any fees, and the written terms. Ask what is included and whether anything could create an additional cost. Reading the Knowledge Hub does not create a payment obligation.

Does asking a question commit me to a service?

No. An inquiry does not authorize work or create a client relationship. The scope of support and any required agreement should be clear before you decide to proceed.
